Shipping destinations and availability

The Sex Wave currently offers shipping to eligible United States addresses. Availability depends on the products in your cart and your delivery address. Some items are limited to the contiguous United States. The available shipping options are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, including any shipping-included option, are shown at checkout before payment. Express shipping is offered only for eligible products and addresses; it is not available for every order. Applicable taxes are displayed separately at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Processing and delivery times vary by item and shipping option. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. A shipping option described as 1–2 business days refers to estimated transit time after dispatch, rather than a promise that every order will arrive within 1–2 business days of purchase.

We will notify you if we cannot ship within a stated shipment period and provide any delay-consent, cancellation, or refund options required by law. If no shipment period is stated, we follow applicable requirements for shipping within 30 days or obtaining your consent to a delay. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund the unshipped merchandise as required by law.

Multiple packages and tracking

Items in one order may arrive in separate packages on different dates. Shipping confirmations and available tracking details are sent after dispatch. Tracking may take time to show carrier activity.

Delivery details and problems

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact Orders@TheSexWave.com promptly if an address needs correction. Changes may not be possible once processing or dispatch has begun. If a package is delayed, missing, marked delivered but not received, damaged, or contains an incorrect item, contact us with your order number and available details. Keep the packaging and photographs for damaged or incorrect items so we can investigate.

Final sales

All sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. This does not limit remedies required by applicable law, including rights relating to unfulfilled orders.
