Due to the intimate nature of our products and for health and hygiene reasons, The Sex Wave does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges, including for unopened, unused, opened, or used items, except where required by applicable law. Please review product descriptions, sizes, materials, and compatibility carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact Orders@TheSexWave.com as soon as you discover the issue. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and packaging where relevant. Keep the item and its original packaging while the issue is reviewed.

Do not send an item back without written instructions from us. Reporting an issue does not automatically authorize a return or guarantee a refund, replacement, or exchange. We will review the issue and provide instructions and any remedy required by applicable law.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If an order cannot be fulfilled, or a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law, we will provide the required remedy.
